A reservations will be once confirmed when an advance of 40% of the total sum is received on an account No. that will be communicated by the owners. The rest of the total sum to be paid will be handed-over upon your arrival, on the first day of your holidays.
The floor of the house is at your disposal from 17 h. (5PM) on the first day of your stay until 12 h. (noon) of the day you leave. In case you would wish to have these hours changed, you are welcome to let us know so we can see what we can do within our possibilities.
House pets are not allowed.
We
kindly ask not to smoke in the house. Smoking in the bedrooms is
forbidden.
The house will be in a perfect state when you arrive. We ask you kindly to leave it as well in the same clean state on the day of your departure.
There is a possibility to have the house cleaned and to make-up the beds on a daily basis. Please consult us.
The water that you have for your use originates from a natural spring near the house (“El Fuente del Solana”) and is perfectly treated for drinking. As you know yourself, water is a principle source of life and therefore we’d like to ask you kindly to use it with consciousness.
